• Born in Nanchang (a southern city in China) in 1996.
  
• Grew up in Daqing (a northern city in China, close to Russia).
  
• Studied in CityU with a major in Linguistics and Language Applications and a minor in Computing in 2015-2019. I earned a full tuition scholarship for undergraduates and was elected as the student representative of Linguistics and Translation department. My grades ranked 5th in the department when I graduated from CityU.
  
• Admitted to MSE program at Johns Hopkins University in 2019.
  
• Worked in DeepWisdom from 2020 August to 2021 July.
  
• Came back to CityU for PhD program in Computational Linguistics in 2021 September.
  
• Set up startup GreenDynamics as CTO in 2022.
